Publisher and scope
These terms govern Night Clues: Logic Puzzles, published by Ssss. Contact: sunziming0630@gmail.com. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before playing. Your mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Use of the game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable permission to install and play the app in accordance with these terms and applicable law. The game, artwork, music and software remain protected by their owners’ rights. Do not redistribute assets, circumvent reward or advertising controls, interfere with service security, or manipulate records to obtain fraudulent rewards. Exceptions permitted by law remain available. The stories and characters are fictional.
Eligibility
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher applicable local minimum age. If you are a minor permitted to use the game, obtain parental or guardian permission when required by law. Store age ratings describe content and do not replace local legal requirements.
Local progress
Recognized privacy choices are preserved as described in the Privacy Policy. Night Clues progress is stored locally; there is no account-based cloud recovery. Clearing storage, uninstalling, changing device, or a damaged save can cause progress loss. We take reasonable care with updates but cannot guarantee recovery of every local save.
Virtual resources and rewards
Coins, energy, abilities and revives have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and cannot be transferred or traded. This release has no real-money in-app purchases. Costs, energy recovery and reward conditions are shown in the game. Energy is consumed when a new playable attempt is successfully saved; continuing the same saved attempt does not charge again. A completed optional advertisement can provide the displayed reward after the ad provider reports that it was earned and the transaction is saved. Closing an ad without an earned reward does not guarantee a grant. Rewards are protected against duplication. Availability depends on network and provider conditions. Contact support if an earned reward appears missing; do not send payment credentials.
Updates and availability
We may fix bugs, adjust levels or balance, and update the app. Where content changes require restarting a current attempt, the app may restart that attempt under its compatibility rules. Material changes will be communicated as required. We do not guarantee continuous availability of optional advertising or online measurement services. Features can be unavailable in some countries, on unsupported devices or during maintenance. We do not retrospectively remove a right that applicable consumer law protects.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains device storage, analytics, optional advertising, privacy choices and data requests. Google Play, Google advertising services and other providers have their own applicable terms and policies. External links are provided for support and information. We do not control third-party advertisements; report misleading or inappropriate ads through available controls and contact support if needed.
Responsibility and remedies
We provide the game with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for every device or purpose, and we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies. If a problem occurs, contact us with the app version, a description and only the information needed to investigate. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or giving up access to courts available under applicable law.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may restrict access needed to address unlawful use, security threats or reward fraud, subject to applicable law. 使用许可
你可依法、依本条款个人非商业安装及游玩。游戏、美术、音频和软件权利属于相应权利人。不得擅自分发素材、规避广告或奖励控制、破坏服务安全或伪造记录骗取奖励；法律允许的例外不受影响。人物和故事为虚构。
适龄使用
本游戏面向一般受众，不面向 13 岁以下或当地更高适用最低年龄的儿童。依法允许使用的未成年人应在法律要求时取得监护人许可。商店内容分级不能替代法律要求。
本地存档
可识别的隐私选择依政策保留。游戏进度在本地保存，无账号云恢复；清除、卸载、换机或存档损坏可能丢失进度。我们合理维护更新，但无法保证恢复所有本地存档。
虚拟资源和广告奖励
金币、体力、能力和复活无现金价值，不可兑换、交易或转让；本版无现金内购。规则和价格以游戏说明为准。新对局成功保存才扣体力，继续同局不重复扣。玩家可选激励广告；服务商报告获得奖励且游戏成功保存后发放，未获得奖励即关闭不保证发奖，重复回调不重复领取。广告受网络和服务可用性影响；已获得奖励疑似丢失可联系支持，不要发送支付凭据。
更新与可用性
我们可修复、调整关卡和平衡及更新。内容修订可能按兼容规则重开当前对局；重大变化依法告知。可选广告和在线服务不保证持续可用，某些国家、设备或维护期间功能可能不可用。依法受保护的权利不会被追溯剥夺。
隐私和第三方
隐私政策说明本地数据、分析、广告、隐私选择与请求。Google Play 和服务商另有适用条款。外链用于支持及信息；广告内容不由我们控制，可通过广告举报入口并联系支持。
责任与救济
我们以合理注意提供游戏。在法律允许范围内，不保证所有设备适用、持续不中断或完全无错误，对合理控制范围外事件导致的损失不负责；不得依法排除的责任、欺诈或故意行为责任及法定救济不被排除。遇到问题请提供版本和必要说明。本条款不要求强制仲裁、放弃集体诉讼或放弃依法可用的法院救济。
停止使用及联系
