Data & Deletion Requests
Request deletion or access
Night Clues has no user accounts. You can request access to or deletion of identifiable records that we control. Email sunziming0630@gmail.com with subject “Night Clues data request”. Some earlier app versions provide a data-request email draft with locally available analytics references. If available, you may choose to include those references. The current iOS version provides privacy-policy and support links in Settings. Describe your request and include only necessary information. Never send passwords or government identity documents.
What happens next
We review the request, locate relevant app-instance records where possible, verify it proportionately and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Our review covers controlled Google Analytics and BigQuery records separately. An email address alone may not identify an installation. If the app has been removed or analytics reset, a reference may be unavailable; explain the situation and we will describe what can be done. Google independently controls some advertising records; we explain where a provider request is needed. We explain any lawful security, fraud-prevention or legal retention exception.
Stop future collection or remove local progress
Turn off Help improve the game to stop optional analytics. This does not automatically erase cloud history. To remove local progress and virtual resources, use Android Settings → Apps → Night Clues → Storage → Clear storage, or delete the app on iOS. This can be irreversible and does not itself remove cloud records. A data request does not automatically delete your local game save. See our Privacy Policy for regional advertising controls and full details.
